Appointments

A receptionist is available at our office (706) 543-2718, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. For problems requiring same day attention, please call the receptionist as early in the morning as possible. You are encouraged to describe the nature of the problem to the receptionist so that she may schedule an appointment convenient for you and one that will permit the doctor adequate time to treat you properly. Please be sure to specify the office location that you would like for your appointment.

Please notify the receptionist at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. This will enable another patient to use the appointment time, a courtesy you may appreciate yourself in the future. We will reschedule your appointment for a time convenient for you. We reserve the right to charge for appointments that are missed.
